Tried and Tested: The Tripp Trapp Highchair

The Tripp Trapp Highchair has long been my favourite highchair. The Tripp Trapp is sleek and stylish so it fits in perfectly with my home interior. It is designed to be used at the dining table - it slides discreetly underneath, like a normal dining chair, when not in use.  When I consider how big and clumpy my previous highchair was, this is a dream!

The Tripp Trapp Highchair grows with your child

The Tripp Trapp highchair is one that grows with your child, from newborn to adulthood, a worthy investment in my eyes. It was designed to allow full interaction between baby and the rest of the family at mealtimes around the table. When used with the newborn set it means baby is not at ground level in a bouncer, but at table height, so whether baby is listening to mum and friends chat over a cuppa or watching her siblings drawing and colouring at the table - she is involved from the beginning.

Must-Have Accessories

The Stokke Tray is newest accessory the market - and a long awaited one!!  When the Stokke Tray is used with the Tripp Trapp baby set, it gives the baby independence - allowing them to feed themselves with finger foods and master spoon feeding… one day!  When I am busy tendering the garden, I can bring my daughters Tripp Trapp out, knowing she has perfect back support and comfort, and with the Stokke Tray - she is entertained whilst scribbling with crayons or playing with rattles under my watchful eye.

The Stokke Tray means we now use the Tripp Trapp even more!  I would say it was definitely worth every penny.  It can be bought as an accessory if you already have the highchair and baby set, for £35.  I give the Tripp Trapp a well deserved 10/10!!
